Brush Pick Materials
Our brush picks are made of food grade plastic materials. We use PP and biodegradable PLA to make our brush picks. We choose PP and PLA for their high heat tolerance. PP has the added benefit that it does not leach many of the chemicals that other plastics do.
Durable Bristle Design
The bristles of our classic soft brush pick head section resemble the shape of a leaf’s veins, with 14 to 18 soft bristles branching out into an oval leaf shape for utmost deep cleaning. The profile of the bristle head also resembles the curve of a leaf, with the tip slightly tilting, which creates an angle for easy insertion into tooth gaps. The bristle section is integrated with the rest of the brush pick with single injection, thus giving the bristle a durable yet fine structure for between-teeth cleaning.
Multi-Angled Pick Design
The pick section of our brush picks come with multi-angled design. We consider two main usability purposes when designing our pick section, one is to use the pick section as a handle when using the brush head section, the other one is to use the pick section as a scraper tool for scraping away plaque while holding the brush head section. The multi-angled, multiple engraving design allows for maneuverability and versatility.
Brush Head Styles
Our brush head section resembles the oval shape of a leaf, and the bristles are like leaf veins that extend out. Each individual bristle has a smooth and round tip finish. The oval shape along with the round tip bristles are suitable for between teeth massage and cleaning. We have bristles in 3 main styles: 7 rows, 8 rows, and 9 rows. The more rows, the smaller the gaps between each row, and thus the finer the bristles placed out in the brush head section. We own special patents in the style of making fine bristle heads.
Handle Styles
We offer three main styles of brush pick handle engraving design: The diamond style, the liner style, and the arrow style. The engraving design on the pick end serves as a scraper tool for scraping away plaque on the surface and in between teeth.
Packaging Options
Our brush picks are wrapped and packaged in one of the three packaging materials during automated mass production to ensure hygiene and quality: individual plastic wrapper per 1 count of brush pick, individual paper wrapper per 1 count of brush pick, and our on-the-go travel case with various counts available. For individual wrappers, we offer a variety of print designs of your choosing or you may design your own packaging for your brand.
All brush picks are manufactured and packaged according to our rigorous hygiene and quality standards. For our on-the-go travel cases, we offer custom logo engraving, printing, or by labeling a sticker for these travel cases.
We offer four main styles of packaging for our brush picks: Plastic containers, resealable zipper bags, blister containers (HSC or Clamshell), and eco-friendly cardboard style containers.
For plastic containers, stickers are used as labels to display packaging design, and the plastic container is wrapped in shrink film for hygiene purposes. For resealable zipper bags and cardboard containers, packaging design display is printed directly on the packaging containers. For blister containers, we insert cardboard cards for packaging design display. We offer a packaging design service and you may custom design packaging for your own brand names or store names.
We also offer biodegradable PLA materials for our plastic containers. All of our blisters are made of recyclable PET materials and our cardboard style containers are made of 100% paper based recyclable materials. We are currently working on developing 100% biodegradable materials to substitute for our PET made transparent blisters and wrappers.
