Handle Materials
Our manual toothbrush handles are made of food grade plastic materials. Our regular materials include PP, PCTG, TPE, TPR, and biodegradable PLA. TPE and TPR plastics exhibit elasticity similar to that of a cross-linked rubber. We choose TPE and TPR for their flexural fatigue resistance and tear and abrasion resistance. As a result, some styles of our manual toothbrush handles feature a cushion pad area for easy maneuverability and comfort gripping. In addition to our synthetic plastic materials, we are currently working on developing 100% biodegradable plastic materials for our toothbrush handles.
Toothbrush Bristles
We offer a variety of bristle collections for your choosing based on your clientele and market needs. We offer spiral bristles, charcoal bamboo bristles, rubber bristles, snowflake bristles, the list goes on. All our toothbrush bristles come in one of the following three tip end finishes: the flat finish fibers, the single finish fibers, and the double finish fibers. All bristle fiber ends are rounded and precisely tapered to ensure gentle and deep cleaning. As for the bristle diameters, we also offer various specifications to choose from, with the softest fibers ranging from 0.102 to 0.15mm, and the toughest fibers ranging from 0.20 to 0.210mm.
AFT Technique
AFT stands for Anchorless Fiber Tufting, a technique in which tufting toothbrush fibers no longer require an anchored stainless metal piece to secure the toothbrush fibers. AFT made toothbrushes are generally safer and cleaner compared to the conventional anchor tufting method. Moreover, conventional anchor tufting is limited in its application in designing and adjusting the heights of fibers and the shapes of fiber planting holes. But with AFT technique, there is more room for the adjustments during creation of a toothbrush in terms of its fiber lengths, planting hole shapes and patterns, material properties, and brush profiles.
Toothbrush Head Styles
Our toothbrush heads come in various shapes and sizes. For toothbrush head shapes, we primarily offer the oval and square shapes. For toothbrush head sizes, we mainly offer the petite size with 23.00 mm length and 8.20 mm width and the large size with 32.40 mm length and 12.00 mm width. The small heads are most popular among our Asian clients while the large head sizes are most common among our North American clients.
Travel Friendly Accessories
We offer travel friendly convertible toothbrushes and cap accessories for toothbrush heads. For our travel convertible toothbrushes, the ventilated cap can convert into a toothbrush handle. The elongated cap design provides a comfortable grip for tooth brushing.
Create Your Own Toothbrush Logo
We offer custom logo engraving or printing for your toothbrush handles. The styles we provide include laser technique, engraving technique, and printing technique.
Packaging Options
We offer two main styles of packaging: HSC blister containers and eco-friendly cardboard style containers. All our manual toothbrushes are manufactured and packaged according to our rigorous hygiene and quality standards.
We also offer biodegradable materials for our plastic containers. All our blisters are made of recyclable PET materials and our cardboard style containers are made of 100% paper based recyclable materials. We are currently working on developing 100% biodegradable materials to substitute our PET made transparent blisters and wrappers.
In addition, we offer packaging design services, or you may create a custom packaging design for your own brand names or store brands.
