Our night guards are made of food grade EMA plastic materials. EMA plastics exhibit elasticity similar to that of a cross-linked rubber. We choose EMA for their flexural fatigue resistance, great impact strengths, and high tear and abrasion resistance. Moreover, EMA is one of the most thermally stable plastic materials, an essential feature for oral care products like night guards, which require regular cleansing with water. No boiling or molding is required for our night guards.
In addition to our synthetic plastic materials, we are currently working on developing 100% biodegradable plastic materials for our night guards.
Uni-Fit Design
Our night guards sport a uni-fit structured, meaning it’s a one size fits all. Users can wear them for upper and lower teeth interchangeably. The slick U-shaped groove design provides comfort and a smart alignment with front section of teeth. The thickening structure on both profile sections of the bite pads are made for anti-pressure impact and absorb grinding and clenching. The stabilizing bumps on top of the bite pads reduces slipping while having them on at night.
Packaging Options
All our night guards are individually packaged during automated mass production to ensure hygiene and quality. We offer two main styles of packaging: clamshell style blister containers and eco-friendly cardboard style containers. We also offer travel friendly cases with various colors to choose from.
For packaging materials, we also offer biodegradable materials for our plastic containers. All our blisters are made of recyclable PET materials and our cardboard style containers are made of 100% paper based recyclable materials. We are currently working on developing 100% biodegradable materials to substitute for our PET made transparent blisters.
We offer packaging design services, or you may create a custom packaging design for your own brand names or store brands.
