Yuh Shiuans is an ISO certified manufacturer, with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016, and ISO 14001:2015 certificates. We apply ISO 9001:2015 since it is by far the most implemented and recognized QMS standard. As an oral hygiene health care product manufacturer, we apply ISO 13485:2016, which is for medical devices. We also apply ISO 14001:2015, which deals with environmental management systems. We follow the strategic and rigorous framework of these ISO regulations for our quality management systems because we believe that by implementing and abiding by these ISO standards, we can create room for growth and profit for our company.

Our quality management team adopts a rigorous quality control process. Our quality control process encompasses four inspection stages: IQC, IPQC, FQC, and OQC. We apply the AQL-Acceptable Quality Limit, a standard that is agreed upon by our clients for random sampling and frequency of product inspection. We also apply a complete and proper quarantine procedure for handling our rejected materials.

Our quality management folks also adopt a complaint handling procedure for handling custom complaints. We apply the golden seven steps in handling complaints: we direct the complaint, we listen, we get details and facts, we provide solutions, we resolve the complaint, we keep our promises, and we follow up.

Our quality management team’s goal is that no defects are made nor shipped. We believe that by religiously implementing our ISOs, we can meet our company’s creed and industry regulations, and we can meet our customer’s needs.
