The Proposal
The proposal stage sets the tone for the entire direction of a final product launch. There are 10 essential steps in our proposal. The goal of the proposal is to ensure that we include all the necessary documents and paperwork and deliver them to our clients right the first time.
Product Design
Product design is one of our greatest strengths. We listen to the needs of our clients, and we compose the product design specification document for each one of our clients’ products. The product design specification encompasses product artwork specs, molding specs, packaging specs, assembly specs, and shipping specs.
Testing & Validation
We run a series of rigorous testing to ensure that our product design lives up to its promise of aesthetics and functionality. Our testing encompasses prototype, molding, packaging, and assembling. We ensure that all testing is validated, otherwise, we go back to the previous step to refine our product design specifications.
Mass Production
After receiving confirmation of product testing and validation, we schedule mass production. The production lead time for any product category is 45 days. We adhere to a rigorous flow production plan that ensures we meet our clients’ order demands.
Quality Inspection
The goal of our quality inspection is that no defects are made nor shipped. We implement a rigorous quality inspection process during and postproduction. In doing so, we apply the “Standard Inspection Procedure” and the “Acceptable Quality Limit” that are agreed upon by our clients.
Delivery
We act in planning goods delivery two weeks prior to the scheduled production finish time. We assess elements such as packaging materials, freight volume usage, and means of transportation. We take many factors into consideration and our goal is to help our clients reduce the cost of shipping and handling.
